Hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Possess a diverse portfolio of experience in high-end and fast-paced kitchens
Capable of managing stock levels effectively
Committed to sustainable practices, including farm-to-table sourcing
Respectful of workplace health and safety procedures
Natural leader, willing to train and support junior team members
