The firm offers an innovative, collaborative, positive team environment with a clear career advancement path.Your roleAs a valued lawyer, reporting to the Head Practice Leader, you will manage your own files (majority CTP/motor accidents plus some workers compensation, public liability and total permanent disability) from start to finish, representing injured clients to obtain full justice with the support of a top mentor.Specifically, you will:Liaise directly with clients, insurers, medical experts, barristers and other solicitorsReview medical records, undertake legal research, draft legal/court documents, prepare briefs for counsel and attend court/settlement conferencesWhat's in it for you?
