Job Summary:
This newly created role will focus on driving customer loyalty and retention. As a Loyalty Manager, you'll develop and lead end-to-end programs to increase acquisition, engagement, and advocacy— collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the lifecycle strategy across all stages, from acquisition to retention and advocacy
2. Work closely with various teams, including Breeder Services and Digital Marketing, to create seamless customer journeys across multiple channels (email, digital, social, loyalty)
3. Oversee and optimize the Professional Rewards Program and ecosystem to enhance customer loyalty and long-term value
4. Develop best-in-class experiences that delight customers and drive advocacy, while collaborating with stakeholders to roadmap and improve our loyalty maturity
5. Report and recommend strategies by defining metrics, analyzing results, and shaping go-forward plans to maximize business impact
