We are working with a leading Australian law firm who are seeking Associate Solicitors across all Commonwealth jurisdictions to join their Corporate Advisory team within their Perth office.
The Role
The successful candidate will join an esteemed Corporate practice, advising across the public and private sectors on a full range of corporate transactions, with a focus on M&A and private equity transactions. Responsibilities include providing transactional support to clients on private and public M&A, supporting clients in equity capital fundraisings, and corporate restructuring.
The candidate will play a key role in the full lifecycle of deal execution, from structuring and negotiating to completion and post-deal integration. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
* 2-7 PQE (Qualifications from all Commonwealth jurisdictions considered);
* Strong background in corporate law and governance within a medium to large commercial firm;
* Outstanding academics;
