About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‐oriented Facilities Representative to join one of our clients. This role is the on‐site point of contact for facilities management and ensures smooth delivery of office‐based services such as maintenance and cleaning through external providers.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage facilities processes and procedures in the local office.
* Provide timely first‐level support for facilities‐related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
* Build and maintain positive working relationships through proactive customer service.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation with strong version control.
* Contribute to property team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and wellbeing policies.
About You
* Experience working in facilities for a busy corporate office.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, proactive approach.
* Problem‐solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
