Position Overview
The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for providing professional and comprehensive administrative and clerical support, across all areas of service delivery. The breadth of support includes customer/visitor interfacing, goods despatch and receiving, invoicing, general reception, and administration duties.
Duties & Tasks
* Front of house / visitor management duties
* General office and administrative support duties
* Accounts receivable tasks
* Dispatching of goods including ringing customers & couriers to organise collection of customer product.
* Provide support to the site Quality team where deemed necessary.
* Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Site Operations Manager as required.
* Responsible for general administration and warehouse support as required.

Qualifications, Education & Training
Essential:
* Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent) and/or significant work experience in an administrative, office support, reception role, or related field.
* Emergency Warden Training (or willingness to obtain)
* First Aid training (or willingness to obtain)
* Drivers’ License
Preferred:
* Certificate IV in Business Administration
* Work experience in sterilisation, warehousing, medical GMP packing environments, and/or medical devices or general health care manufacturing.
