About the Role

The Project Coordinator works within the Linx QLD restoration team providing a high standard of quality service to both customers and clients by engaging trades, technicians, preparing reports and scopes, managing budgets and time frames to ensure the delivery within the client set KPI's.
Key activities
Project coordination of small-medium repairs
Cost management through claim life and handling of trade invoices
Focus on KPIs and client agreements
Collate photos and documents for reports and quotations
Effectively liaise with stakeholders
Essential Capabilities and Behaviours
Expert organisational and time management skills
Interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain and build relationships
Exceptional multitasking abilities
Ability to thrive in a team
Strong attention to detail
Desirable Skills (not essential)
Experience in insurance repair coordination
Experience with establishing & maintaining long term relationships/accounts
