First National Real Estate Atherton is seeking a motivated Receptionist & Sales Administrator to join our award‐winning team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, customer service, and being the welcoming face of a busy real estate office. About the Role
This full‐time position involves supporting the smooth day‐to‐day running of the office, including:
* Greeting clients and managing reception
* Answering phone and email enquiries
* Receipting, invoicing, and trust accounting
* Assisting both sales and property management teams
* Processing rental applications
* Managing office systems, databases, and CRM updates
* Maintaining rental and sales listings
* Handling key management and maintenance requests
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
What You'll Bring
* QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or willingness to obtain and maintain one
* Current driver's licence
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent customer service and relationship‐building ability
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Experience in administration is beneficial but not essential
* Experience in real estate is an advantage but not required
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office, trust accounting, QuickBooks, or CRM software is an advantage

You'll learn and assist in:
* The day to day running of the office.
* Responding to phone enquiries and emails, same day response required
* Take and process rental applications·
* Managing programs and systems which assist both sales and property management.
* Greet and liaise with clients and customers.
* Directly assist in tasks required for the success of sales and property management.
* Additional tasks to help grow the business and engage the local community.
* Manage and understand rental and sale properties we have available and be able to answer general questions and queries.
* Receipt rent
* Answer initial queries & direct Sales and Property Management enquiries.
* Keep rental and sales list updated and accurate.
* Maintain a key log and check out/in keys for maintenance and inspections.
* Manage rental maintenance requests that come in.
