Expert Clinical Documentation Specialist required to oversee the management of key processes, including assessment and uplift applications.
Job Responsibilities:
* Lead all aspects of ANACC, covering resident assessment, potential opportunities for growth, application processes, DoH correspondence, staff coaching on documentation best practices, orientation of assessors, report generation, etc.
* Must possess current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse, along with 2 years of recent experience in an ANACC/ACFI Coordinator role or similar position, and comprehensive knowledge of the AN-ACC funding model.
* Highly skilled in documentation and proficient in clinical documentation systems, with excellent computer skills.
