You'll guide patients who've already expressed interest through their personalised smile journey.

What you'll do:
* Speak with inbound leads ready to explore aligner treatment
* Build trust, uncover motivations, & guide patients to treatment
* Follow structured digital workflows in Pipedrive + automation tools
* Provide feedback to improve conversion, script flows, and tech hand-offs
* Collaborate with team members, marketing, and ops teams as we scale
Who you are:
* Experienced in customer conversion, or customer success
* Confident on phone & SMS, comfortable with digital systems
* Empathetic, curious, clear communicator
* Loves tech-enabled workflows & improving process
* Motivated by helping people feel confident & hitting targets
