The Key Accounts Manager is a leadership role within the APAC Sales Team. This role is responsible for retaining and expanding revenue, by up-selling into our clients' existing customer sites across the APAC region. The Key Account Manager will take ownership of turning our customers into advocates, while playing a mentorship role to our Key Account Consultants, ensuring a consistent level of service is maintained across our ever-growing customer community.
**EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE**
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in an account management role;.
- Software sales experience
- Willingness to own both customer success activities (onboarding, support, services, adoption, advocacy, retention) and outcomes (licence renewals, software and services sales).
- Successful track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets, including new software sales and customer retention etc.
- Ability to solve problems under pressure and identify opportunities for the customer and our client.
- Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, consultation, facilitation, cross-cultural communication, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to engage, develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders from diverse cultures.
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience.
