The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Territory Manager to lead the Sports Medicine business in Perth, focused on arthroscopic implants and sutures.
You will take full ownership of the WA territory - building surgeon relationships, supporting cases in theatre and driving growth across public and private hospitals.

What You'll Be Responsible For: Drive Results
Deliver sales targets through strong territory planning, disciplined execution and consistent follow-up.
In-Theatre Support
Build credibility with orthopaedic surgeons, nurses and hospital teams by providing reliable, knowledgeable support during Sports Medicine procedures.
Relationship Management
Develop long-term partnerships across public and private hospital systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Clinical, Marketing and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Commercial Ownership
Manage pricing, contracts and growth opportunities across an implant-led portfolio.
What You'll Bring:
* 3+ years experience in Territory Management or B2B sales with a proven track record of success
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic territory planning skills
* Experience working within a consumable-driven business model
* Clear and confident communication with clinicians and hospital stakeholders
* Demonstrated ownership, resilience and delivery mindset
Preferred
* Experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences
* Understanding of Australia's public and private hospital systems
* Confidence working in operating theatres
