Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and file management support to assigned study teams; tracks, files, and updates study documents in a timely manner; ensures documents meet quality standards, are complete and current; reconciles document issues; supports rapid site activations by contributing to critical path development.
- Performs Department, Internal, Country and Investigator file reviews and documents findings in appropriate systems.
- Ensures allocated tasks are performed on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard; proactively communicates risks to project leads.
- Provides system support (CTMS, Activate & eTMF) and keeps system databases current.
- Performs administrative tasks on assigned trials including processing of documents to Client (eTMF), eTMF reviews, mass mailings, distributing communications, and providing documents and reports to internal team members.
- May support scheduling of client/internal meetings and review/track local regulatory documents.
- Maintains vendor trackers and supports startup team in Regulatory submissions.
- Works with sites to obtain documents related to site selection and provides admin support (printing, couriers, returns of supplies).
- Collaborates with teammates to achieve project goals and communicates site issues and risks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree (health/medical science or nursing preferred).
- Experience: 0-1 year relevant experience.
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: ability to work in a team or independently; flexibility to reprioritize workload; understanding of Country Regulations, ICH GCP, SOPs/WPDs; good English; digital literacy; MS Office; familiarity with clinical trial databases; good communication; judgment; ability to follow instructions; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work upright and stationary; proficient with standard office equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects; travel may be required.
Location
This home-based position requires candidates to reside in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, or Adelaide.
