About the Role
Making Lives Better and Happier Ageing are at the heart of what we do — enabling members of our ageing and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do. We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client/'s needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship
- Deliver care in accordance with the client/'s care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly

Skills & Experience
- Passionate about making a difference
- A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behaviour & success
- Coachable
- Previous caregiving experience is an asset
- Must be able to speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset!
- Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed
- Reliable way to get to and from the client/'s homes
- Drivers with their own vehicle will be an asset
Mandatory Requirements
- Enrolled or Completed a minimum Cert III in either Aged care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience
- National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
- NDIS Worker Screener Clearance
