Are you ready for a once-in-a-lifetime experience? Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a talented Work Health and Safety Administrator to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for employees in the WHS office, offering excellent customer service.
* Assist injured workers with workers' compensation paperwork and claim lodgement, supporting them in obtaining necessary appointments.
* Manage First‑Aid orders and supplies efficiently.
* Coordinate internal audit activities and inspection schedules for enhanced safety compliance.
* Update WHS noticeboards to keep the workforce informed.
* Assist in administrative functions related to Health and wellbeing, Workers' Compensation, and Work Health and Safety.
* Collaborate with the WHS Manager to conduct Risk Assessments, Safe Operating procedures, and maintain registers.
* Ensure accurate minutes are taken at all WHS and Workers Compensation meetings.
You will have:
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and various web‑based management systems.
* Possession of a current unrestricted driver's licence.
* Strong verbal communication skills in English.
* Effective time management and self‑organisational skills.
Work Health & Safety Responsibilities
* Prioritise safety by complying with all Voyages WHS Policies, Procedures, and guidelines.
* Use personal protective clothing and equipment (PPE) appropriately.
* Report hazards and participate in accident/incident investigations.
* Engage in the return‑to‑work process following injury/illness.
* Maintain equipment in good condition and report malfunctions promptly.
* Complete all required WH&S briefings, inductions, and training sessions within set timeframes.
