We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Assistant Site Manager at our Cambridge housing site.


* Collaborate with the site team on a busy traditional / timber build housing scheme, ensuring seamless project execution and timely completion.
* Coordinate trade operations and subcontractor management for efficient workflow.
* Maintain high standards in quality control, health and safety protocols, and progress monitoring.
* Oversee snagging activities, site documentation, and daily reporting procedures.

* Previous experience as an ASM or FM in new-build housing sites is essential.
* Certification in CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid is mandatory.
* A proactive attitude, reliability, and keen eye for detail are crucial for success in this role.
* Immediate availability is required for an expeditious start.
