About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Assistant Store Manager to help lead their Retail showroom. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, achieving KPIs, and contributing to the store's overall success. You will thrive leading and mentoring your team, offering hands-on coaching. With a keen eye for detail, you will also ensure the showroom, Trade, and Design departments are well-presented and visually inspiring.
