Job Description
About the role
We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in Bunbury, WA on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Team Leader, this role involves maintaining Onsite assets at our customer sites.
The successful candidate will work with a diverse product range including access equipment, compaction, materials handling, power generation, lighting, excavation, earthmoving, pumps, and more. Responsibilities include:
1. Carrying out mechanical inspections, servicing, and repairs both in the field and in the workshop as needed.
2. Logging jobs in our service module and completing all paperwork daily.
3. Monitoring and recording parts usage.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Desired Skills and Experience
Ideal candidates will possess:
* A mechanical trade qualification.
* Current driver’s license.
* Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus.
* The ability to work independently in the field.
* Willingness to participate in an on-call roster.
