Your new role: We are seeking a committed and experienced surgical registrar or principal house officer to provide high-quality clinical care to surgical patients at Bayside Health Service. Deliver high-level, supervised clinical care in inpatient and outpatient surgical settings, including regular ward rounds and procedural care. Participate in on-call and night shift rosters, ensuring safe and effective clinical handover and escalation of care when required. Contribute to medical education by supervising and mentoring junior staff and students, and leading training sessions or tutorials where appropriate. About you: You are a clinically capable and compassionate medical officer with a strong interest in surgical care. You demonstrate professionalism, leadership, and a collaborative mindset while maintaining high standards of clinical practice and patient safety. Minimum 3 years of registrar-level experience in a surgical setting is highly desirable. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead junior staff.
