About the Role
You will manage both workshop and field-based work across a wide range of diesel machinery, including trucks, mobile plant, and earthmoving equipment.
Delivering top-tier servicing, diagnostics, and repairs is key to this role, leading with a safety-first mindset, and maintaining the highest quality standards.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in diesel mechanical servicing and repairs.
* Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
* Manual Driver's Licence essential (HR/forklift tickets highly regarded).
* Strong communication skills and a willingness to mentor junior team members.
* A proactive, solutions-driven approach, delivering outcomes rather than waiting for direction.
