Salary: UoM 9 - $146,049 - $151,951 p.a. plus 17% super

As a Communications and Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Corporate Development team through integrated communications and stakeholder engagement activities. You will have the opportunity to develop communication and engagement plans, lead engagement initiatives for exciting estate projects, all while working collaboratively with peers and leading key stakeholder relationships. This role offers a chance to enhance your strategic engagement and communication skills and contribute to the University's vision.

Your responsibilities
* Tailor communication messages to meet the unique needs of various organisational audiences.
* Ensure communication and engagement plans and strategies align with the University's strategic vision and values.
* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop effective communication solutions.
* Utilise diverse communication platforms and technologies to simplify complex information.
You may be a great fit if

You have extensive experience in communications or stakeholder engagement, are adept at translating project ambitions into effective communication strategies and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

* Have extensive experience within higher education, government, or infrastructure communications, particularly supporting engagement and communication for complex estate projects.
* Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Be skilled in developing tailored content for diverse audiences
* Possess the ability to work collaboratively and adaptively in complex environments.
* Hold a tertiary qualification in communications/engagement or a related discipline.

This role requires the successful candidate to maintain a Working with Children Check. The successful candidate can apply for the WWCC as part of the onboarding process.
