Yoon&Co. is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Barber to join our dynamic team at our Robina, QLD location. As a Senior Barber, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional barbering services to our valued clients in a fast-paced, yet friendly environment.
What you'll be doing
* Providing high-quality haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services to clients
* Maintaining a clean and organised workstation to ensure a professional appearance
* Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
* Advising clients on the best hairstyles and products to suit their needs
* Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment
* Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in barbering
What we're looking for
* At least 3 years of experience as a professional barber, with a strong understanding of hair cutting, shaving, and grooming techniques
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience for each client
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
* Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to professional development
* Relevant qualifications in barbering or hairdressing are highly desirable
* Formal barbering qualifications are mandatory for this position
