* Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse creative roles, encompassing Designers, Art Directors, Copywriters, UX/UI, Strategists, and Producers.
* Support technical hiring needs when required (e.g., Developers, Data/AI roles).
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand evolving business requirements and role specifications.
* Utilize your network and develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find creative talent.
* Present high-quality shortlists and provide an optimal candidate experience for both applicants and hiring teams.
* Own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
* Ensure accurate data and process compliance across recruitment systems and documentation.
To excel in this position, you should possess:
* A minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a strong background in creative, digital, or marketing roles.
* Previous experience recruiting within creative agencies, design studios, or in-house digital teams.
* Comfort working across both creative and technical role types.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to influence and adapt under pressure.
* A highly organized, self-sufficient approach with the ability to work independently.
* Strong sourcing skills and a proactive mindset.
