Due to recent structure changes and our continued drive to utilise internal resources, we have an exciting opportunity for a HD Fitter – specialising in Dump Trucks.
This will be a challenging and dynamic role encompassing both time on the floor, as well as time focusing on reliability and improvement initiatives.
This role will be 8/6 dayshift only.
Key responsibilities
* Support site execution of reliability & improvement projects for our fleet, focusing on improving reliability and reducing total costs of ownership
* Contribute to improvements in maintenance strategies and tactics by effectively communicating real world data on failures to central support teams
* Preventative and Breakdown maintenance on Dump Trucks
* Provide technical expertise and input to support site maintenance by acting as a SME
Essential skills
* Extensive knowledge and experience maintaining Komatsu and CAT Dump Trucks
* Absolute commitment to safe work practices
* Basic understanding of reliability centered maintenance
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent communication skills, ability to clearly document procedures and present findings

What You'll Bring
