We're looking for a passionate and experienced Service Technician (Apprentice) to join our dynamic John Deere business unit in Lismore.

What You'll Be Doing
* Use John Deere and RDO systems internal for technical resources, and John Deere University (JDU) for OEM training.
* Develop mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fundamentals aligned to John Deere Technician Levels 1–3
* Follow diagnostic and fault‐finding processes, including John Deere 7‐Step Diagnostics and basic CAN‐bus systems
* Carry out pre‐delivery inspections, machine setup, testing, and documentation in line with RDO and John Deere standards
* Gain exposure to John Deere Precision Ag and advanced technology systems as competency develops.
* Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
* Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
