**About the Company**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Ensuring stock of high-end product range is available at the office location prepared for each job.
- Always available on the phone to communicate clearly with clients and external stakeholders
- Ensure the workflow of jobs are organised ahead of schedule with accuracy.
- Potential to grow into senior responsibilities such as estimation.
- Program installations with clients
- Working collaboratively with sales team to ensure materials are ordered
- Lifting and unloading goods on site and warehouse when required
- Report back to General Manager clearly, accurately and as requested
- Keep employees involved and up to date in day-to-day operations
- Making sure everything is done is to the highest standard in keeping with the MGC brand
- Control inward and outward goods
- Manage small factory floor
- Fill various duties that may arise throughout the office or onsite

**Skills and Experience**
- Understand how to interpret construction plans and complete complex take-offs for quoting
- A driver's license is a must
- Advanced knowledge of tools and installations
- Demonstrated experience managing people or a strong desire to lead, with excellent motivational and leadership skills to champion a positive working environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as excellent customer service focus to effectively engage with and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Trade background is preferred but not essential.

Being a small business, the role has an all-rounder element to it with a wide variety of duties that could fall onto the desk of the Operations Manager.
