Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and packing of high-quality airline meals and catering items
* Operate within food production lines, maintaining hygiene and safety standards
* Support stock control, purchasing, and inventory rotation
* Load and manage catering equipment, ensuring proper handling and cleanliness
* Coordinate delivery of catering items to meet strict airline schedules
* Follow company procedures and airline specifications consistently
Ideal Candidate
* Full working rights in Australia – essential
* Available to work a flexible, rotating roster – 24/7 availability required
* Strong knife skills highly regarded
* Previous experience in food production, catering, or warehousing preferred
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely
* Physically fit – some lifting and standing for extended periods required
* Team player with a can-do attitude
