You'll deliver hands-on clinical care across a broad scope of practise, working closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for your patients.
Each day brings variety — from providing direct medical management and mentoring junior doctors to contributing to clinical governance, quality improvement and education initiatives.
You'll take an active role in shaping service delivery, building strong connections across the Western Cluster, and supporting Chinchilla Hospital's vision to be a centre of excellence for rural healthcare.You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $266,677 (L27) comprising salary rates between $***** (L13) and $******p.h.
(L27), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements.
