Intellectual Property Attorney

The successful candidate will provide timely and accurate advice to clients regarding the protection and commercialisation of intellectual property rights, including trade marks, designs, patents, copyright, and plant breeders' rights.

* Contributing to business development initiatives through marketing activities.
* Drafting, negotiating, and advising on agreements related to the development and commercialisation of intellectual property.
* Preparing documentation compliant with regulatory requirements.
