About the Role – 18 Month Fixed Term Parental Leave Replacement
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to maintain and grow our performance marketing channels. This is a pivotal role focused on increasing brand awareness, driving qualified traffic, and maximising online revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and develop a comprehensive digital marketing plan across Google Ads, affiliate and programmatic marketing channels
* Work closely with the Digital Manager and collaborate with the broader team on digital marketing budgets, projections and roadmap planning strategy
* Day-to-day management and execution of:
* Google AdWords campaigns
* Product feeds; including product maintenance, optimization and testing
* Programmatic campaigns; including Display, Native & CTV placements
* Affiliates strategic media plan, budget and optimized placements
* Ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital channels
* Work with the ecommerce team to optimize online conversion and ensure full value is achieved from digital campaigns
* Work with the marketing team to leverage CRM and customer data into digital marketing strategy
* Manage and measure success of digital activity including analysis, reporting and assessment against goals (ROI and KPIs) and identifying growth opportunities
* Engage with external agencies and partners to meet digital objectives, budgets and deliverables
About You:
* 5+ years' experience in digital marketing within a retail environment.
* Proven success in Google Ads, affiliate and programmatic marketing channels.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Ads Manager, GA4, Google Merchant Centre, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models.
* Experience with Programmatic Ad Platforms
* Experience with digital campaign budgeting and flighting in line with a marketing promotional calendar
* A strategic thinker who is passionate about consumer behaviour, brand engagement, and driving results.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
