We're seeking a passionate Big Picture Learning Advisor (Classroom Teacher) at Taminmin College, in the Northern Territory to start ASAP (or in Term 3).
Located in Humpty Doo, just outside Darwin, Taminmin College offers a unique learning workplace - including the Northern Territory's only working agricultural facility, where education is hands‐on, practical and future‐focused.
This role sits within the school's Big Picture Learning program (Years 8–10), where students learn through real‐world projects, personalised pathways and robust relationships. Families are actively involved, and learning is built around each student's interests, strengths and future goals.

What We Offer
* Competitive salary: $96,180 – $136,997 (based on your experience)
* 17.5% leave loading + 12 weeks of leave annually

What You'll Be Doing
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Australian Curriculum
* Create inclusive classrooms that support student wellbeing and learning
* Use effective behaviour management and build positive relationships
* Assess, track and report on student progress
* Engage with families and communities as part of your teaching practice
Who We're Looking For
* Experience or interest in Big Picture Learning or project‐based education
* Willingness to engage with the local community and culture
* Registered or eligible for registration with the Teacher Registration Board NT
* Able to obtain a Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card)
* If you completed your teacher education after July 2016: proof of LANTITE test completion required
