The Firm & The Role
Our client is a leading and major commercial law firm and they are looking to appoint an experienced property lawyer with at least 4 years plus pae in the area of real estate and commercial property law. You will be a Senior Associate or an Associate on the cusp of being a Senior Associate.
This role will see you working on a broad spectrum of commercial property matters such as sales and acquisitions, retail, industrial and commercial leasing, property development work, mix used development projects, joint venture property developments.
You will have high levels of responsibility and autonomy, the opportunity to build strong client relationships, supervise junior lawyers in the team, you will play a major role in the further expansion of the team.
About You
The client is seeking a lawyer with:
* no less than 4 years plus pae in the area of commercial property law
* strong technical skills and commercial nous
* excellent communication skills
* a commercial approach and an ability to negotiate contracts and conduct negotiations to get the best result for clients
* enthusiasm, drive and ambition
