Our vision is to build a highly skilled team of professionals in family law who can deliver expert legal services and support the growth of our firm. We are now looking for an exceptional Senior Family Lawyer to lead our new office in Milton, Brisbane.
This is a rare opportunity to work autonomously while being backed by an established and supportive legal team. You will have the freedom to manage your own caseload and drive the success of our new office. You will handle a broad range of family law matters, including:
1. Divorce and separation
2. Parenting disputes and child custody
3. Property and financial settlements
4. Domestic violence matters
You will work independently day-to-day, but you will have full administrative and legal support from our wider team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career, with future partnership potential for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years' experience in family law (private practice preferred). They will have a strong ability to work autonomously and achieve billable targets. They will also have exceptional client management and communication skills, as well as being admitted as a legal practitioner in Queensland with a current Practising Certificate.
