About the Role
We are seeking an experienced real estate sales representative to join our team in a regional area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for listing, marketing, and selling residential and rural broadacre properties. Your primary focus will be on developing trusted client relationships based on local knowledge and exceptional service delivery.
You will achieve targets for listings, sales, appraisals, and vendor-paid advertising while supporting branch business development initiatives and community engagement. You will also identify new opportunities and contribute to promotional events such as field days and community functions.
In addition, you will ensure compliance with all relevant real estate regulations, standards, and reporting obligations. You will collaborate with other teams to provide integrated solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
* List, market, and sell residential and/or rural broadacre properties
* Build and maintain trusted client relationships based on local knowledge and service excellence
* Achieve targets for listings, sales, appraisals, and vendor-paid advertising
* Support Branch business development initiatives and community engagement
* Identify new opportunities and contribute to promotional events (e.g. field days, community functions)
* Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations, standards, and reporting obligations
* Collaborate with other Elders teams to provide integrated client solutions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven real estate experience, ideally with local market knowledge or strong networking capability, especially in rural sales
* A current Real Estate Licence (essential) and Driver's Licence
* Confidence in appraising property and identifying its key selling features and potential, particularly with broadacre properties
* Strong real estate marketing and negotiation skills
* Familiarity with current Real Estate legislation and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Energy, professionalism, and a client-first mindset
* Tech-savviness and eagerness to embrace innovation in the property space
