Your role as a Home Lending Specialistto deliveran exceptionalexperience by working with customers to meet their end-to-end banking needs.
Whetheryou'reguiding first home buyerscreatea plan topurchase, or supporting a seasoned investor,you'llplay an integral part of helping our customers through the lending journey and driving growth.
In this dynamic and high-impact role, you'llmake your mark by:
* Building a pipeline of lending leads. Keeping track of and nurturing these relationships throughout their buying journey using our CRM
* Guiding customers through the lending process, giving them peace of mind thatwe'rehere to help them achieve their goals
* Leveraging your credit analysisexpertiseand understanding of customer needs ensuring positive lending outcomes for all and to future ready your customers for financial success
* Building strong, relationship-centric connections with the community, the branch, and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes for customers

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Wonthaggi.
Whatyou'llbring to the role
To succeed in this role,you'llconsistently deliver exceptional customer service.We'dlove you to have:
* Extensive experience in customer service or sales
* High levelof understanding of lending products,policiesand regulations
* An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and a develop a holistic view of their situation
* Highly developed credit analysis skills
* An understanding of small business offerings
* Consumer lending experience – this is essential
