**The Job..**
Reporting to the Project Officers in this versatile Administration role, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing project documentation and correspondence
- Coordinating administrative support functions on behalf of the logistics unit
- Providing project support services to ensure project outcomes are delivered on time and budgets are being met against established milestones and deliverables
- Extensive database maintenance
- Coordinating internal/external stakeholders
- Managing warehouse inventory and transportation

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:
- At least 12 months experience in a strong logistics administration capacity
- Previous project and public sector experience will be highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet strict deadlines
