Job Title: Strategic Partnership Coordinator
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the strategic and operational functions of The Possibility Partnership. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to transformative social change at a national level.
The role offers flexibility to work from your preferred location, whether from home or one of our organisations' offices across Sydney or Melbourne. While most work can be done remotely, occasional attendance at the office may be required.
You will coordinate meetings, working groups, events and activities across the partnership, develop reports, updates and communications for internal and external audiences, manage digital presence, build and maintain relationships, monitor progress, and support community engagement, policy work and knowledge sharing.

Skills & Experience:
* Experience in project management and coordination, communications or stakeholder engagement
* A proactive self-starter who thrives on organisation and collaboration
* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Tertiary/Bachelor qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
