Working closely with the Assistant Catering Managers and the Hospitality Services Manager, you'll ensure excellent customer experiences by serving high-quality meals and drinks. Your focus will be on meeting individual resident needs while maintaining efficiency. This includes smoothly managing shifts, plating meals, and ensuring courteous and timely delivery, including texture-modified meals. Compliance and care for both residents and the team are paramount.

* Previous experience within Aged Care or Hospital Hospitality settings
* The right to work in Australia, without restriction
* You are reliable and punctual
* A high regard for cleanliness and hygiene
* You are fast and efficientin undertaking duties
* You are a good communicator
* You can follow Instructions and procedures and
* Youthrive in a busy, fast paced environment
* You truly enjoy looking after people and want to be part of a supportive team
* NDIS Workers Clearance, or willing to get
* Complete our pre-employment medical
