About the Role

We're looking for a mid‐senior level Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialist to own and scale our affiliate program, manage influencer seeding and gifting, and build a pipeline of UGC content that fuels our paid advertising.

This is an affiliate-heavy role. You'll be responsible for growing our affiliate revenue through Social Snowball and ShopMy, while also managing our influencer gifting, ambassador relationships and UGC sourcing. You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work cross-functionally with our paid ads, content and operations teams.

Responsibilities

Affiliate Marketing

* Own and optimise our affiliate marketing strategy across Social Snowball and ShopMy
* Recruit, onboard and manage affiliate partners to grow program revenue
* Monitor affiliate performance, commission structures and ROI — you're across the numbers and know what's driving results
* Identify new affiliate partnership opportunities and platforms to expand reach
* Manage affiliate communications, incentives and seasonal promotions
* Report on affiliate revenue contribution, conversion rates and program growth with clear, actionable insights

Influencer Seeding & Gifting

* Manage our influencer gifting program end-to-end — research, outreach, product coordination and follow-up
* Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers aligned with our brand positioning (jewellery, fashion, lifestyle)
* Coordinate gifting logistics with our warehouse and operations team
* Track gifting outcomes — content posted, engagement, reach and earned media value
* Maintain an organised influencer database and pipeline

UGC Sourcing for Paid Ads

* Source and coordinate high‐quality UGC content from influencers, affiliates and customers for use in paid advertising
* Brief UGC creators on content requirements, formats and messaging — working closely with the paid ads team to understand what's performing
* Build and manage a roster of reliable UGC creators
* Ensure all content rights and usage agreements are in place
* Develop and manage our brand ambassador program — recruit, onboard and nurture long‐term ambassador relationships
* Set clear expectations, deliverables and incentive structures for ambassadors
* Track ambassador performance and identify top performers for deeper partnerships
* Keep ambassadors engaged with regular communication, early access to products and exclusive opportunities

Market & Competitor Research

* Monitor competitor affiliate and influencer activity, identifying trends and opportunities
* Stay across platform updates, emerging creators and shifts in the influencer/affiliate landscape
* Proactively share insights and recommendations with the marketing team

Reporting & Insights

* Produce regular performance reports across affiliate, influencer and UGC activity
* Track KPIs including affiliate revenue, gifting ROI, UGC output and ambassador engagement
* Present clear insights and recommendations to the Head of Marketing

Key Outcomes

* Profitable and scalable affiliate program driving measurable revenue growth
* Strong influencer network driving earned brand exposure and content pipeline
* Consistent flow of high‐quality UGC fuelling paid advertising performance
* Engaged ambassador community that amplifies brand reach and loyalty
* Clear, data‐backed reporting on affiliate, influencer and partnership performance

Qualifications

* 3+ years' experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing or partnerships
* Hands‐on experience managing affiliate programs and influencer relationships in ecommerce, fashion, beauty or lifestyle
* Strong commercial understanding and ability to link partnership activity to revenue
* Experience working with affiliate platforms such as Social Snowball, ShopMy, LTK, Impact or Commission Factory
* Experience sourcing and coordinating UGC content for paid advertising

Required Skills

* Strong negotiation and partnership development skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — written and verbal
* Highly organised with strong project management capabilities — you manage multiple relationships, timelines and deliverables without dropping balls
* Data‐driven mindset with ability to analyse performance metrics and make recommendations based on results
* Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
