We're now looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team and support our services through strong, consistent and people-focused HR practices.

About the Role

This is a hands-on Business Partnering role within our People & Culture team. Reporting to the GM People & Culture, you will work closely with Service Leaders and operational stakeholders to support day-to-day people matters across your allocated portfolio.

You will:

* Partner with Service Leaders and operational teams to support people-related matters across the employee lifecycle
* Provide timely, practical advice on employee relations, performance, and workplace matters, with support from the Senior Business Partner where required
* Support recruitment activities including advertising, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews
* Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes through Employment Hero
* Support workforce planning and assist services with managing staffing needs
* Maintain accurate employee records and support HRIS data integrity
* Contribute to the rollout and embedding of P&C processes, frameworks, and initiatives
* Build strong, trusted relationships across your portfolio of services

You're a proactive and approachable HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and partnering with leaders to get the best outcomes for their teams.

You will bring:

* 2–4+ years' experience in HR or a Business Partnering or generalist role
* Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Foundational knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations practices
* Experience using HR systems (Employment Hero highly regarded)
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
* A practical, solutions-focused approach
* A genuine passion for people and culture
