About the Role
This is a dynamic opportunity to work in a fast-paced airport environment, providing exceptional customer service to passengers and ensuring seamless interactions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering check-in services, operating in a safe environment, and adhering to Health and Safety policies. They will also welcome passengers, verify ticket information, and issue boarding passes.
* Deliver check-in services for airlines and their customers
* Operate in a safe environment and adhere to Health and Safety policies
* Welcome passengers, verify ticket information, and issue boarding passes
* Educate passengers on airport security protocols and luggage allowances
* Safely direct passengers to gates and represent airlines with high customer satisfaction
* Ensure equipment safety and secure operation
* Perform Boarding Gate duties, public announcements, and Passenger Marshalling
* Provide wheelchair assistance, operate lifting devices, and assist with luggage
* Action basic administration duties
Required Skills and Qualifications
We seek an individual with:
* A valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) or ability to obtain one
* Experience in the Aviation/Airline industry (desirable)
* A valid driver's license for commuting
* Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities
* Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills
* Caring approach to dealing with people and conflict resolution skills
* Proficient report writing and Microsoft Office Suite skills
* Awareness of achieving on-time performance goals in an efficient and safe manner
