About the Role
As a Medical Scientist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality diagnostic services through both routine and specialised bone density testing.
Your expertise will support accurate assessment and diagnosis, ensuring patients receive timely and effective care.
Working within a cooperative team, you will contribute to maintaining excellence in service delivery while upholding the highest professional and scientific standards.
In addition to your diagnostic work, you will have the opportunity to be involved in the development and implementation of new tests, helping to advance practice and improve outcomes for patients.

About You
You are a skilled and motivated Medical Scientist who combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
You thrive in both independent and collaborative settings and are passionate about delivering high-quality diagnostic services that make a real difference to patient care.
- Bachelor of Science/Applied Science with licence to operate a dual-energy x-ray absorptiometer.
- Demonstrated experience in bone densitometry, particularly with Lunar DPXplus instruments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and contribute positively as part of a small team.
