Acting as the primary point of contact, you’ll coordinate closely with SOC Analysts and Cyber Defence Analysts to ensure service expectations are met, risks are addressed, and communication with customers remains clear and consistent.You’ll oversee the day-to-day service experience across multiple accounts, including managing customer escalations, facilitating service review meetings, tracking ticket progress and SLAs, and following up on agreed actions. Your ability to maintain a steady rhythm of updates, accountability, and customer contact will be key to long-term success in the role.Service Delivery Managers at Quorum play a central role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our MSSP engagements. Success in this position relies on strong communication, excellent organisation, and the ability to stay on top of multiple service threads at once. You’ll need to balance competing priorities, keep stakeholders informed, and provide structure in fast-moving environments.This role reports to the Team Lead - Cyber Security and works alongside another Service Delivery Manager within the MSSP team. The ideal candidate will favour a calm and coordinated approach, and the practiced ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements with clarity and control, maintain regular communication with stakeholders, and ensure customers continue to receive a consistent and reliable service experience.What are we looking forWe’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager with a calm and structured approach, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring customers receive a consistently high standard of managed security service. While this is not a technical role, a broad understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem is essential, along with a genuine desire to absorb new information quickly and continuously grow your knowledge in the cyber security space.The role requires experience working in a cyber security or managed services environment and the ability to confidently manage ongoing service relationships, escalations, and stakeholder communication. As a Managed Microsoft Partner and leader in the Microsoft Cyber Security space, we place strong value on continual learning, and expect all team members to build and maintain cyber security knowledge to better support our customers.Communication and coordination are critical in this role. You’ll need to be clear, concise, and adaptable in how you communicate with different audiences - from technical teams to business stakeholders. You’ll be someone who values consistency, takes ownership of follow-ups, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity to bring clarity and structure to complex situations.This role suits someone dependable and resilient - someone who can manage competing priorities calmly, maintain trusted relationships with customers and internal teams, and ensure that services are delivered smoothly, professionally, and in line with expectations.Role Requirements:Experience & Expertise - Minimum 3 years' experience in a Service Delivery Manager or Account Management role, ideally within a Managed Security Services environment. Confident managing multiple concurrent customer relationships, overseeing service health, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.Service Delivery & Coordination - Proven ability to oversee ongoing service relationships, track operational performance, manage escalations, and facilitate service review meetings. Skilled at working with SOC Analysts and Cyber Defence Analysts to ensure tickets, incidents, and follow-ups are handled efficiently and within SLA.Communication & Time Management - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and structured approach to customer updates, internal coordination, and documentation. Able to manage shifting priorities, keep engagements running smoothly, and maintain visibility across multiple accounts at once.Microsoft Security Knowledge - Broad familiarity with the Microsoft security domain and the ability to clearly articulate the value of Quorum’s managed security services to customers. While deep technical expertise is not required, a willingness to quickly absorb new information and follow technical delivery closely is essential.Process & Attention to Detail - Organised and process-minded, with a consistent approach to documentation, service tracking, and internal systems such as ConnectWise. Able to support internal process improvement and contribute to knowledge base development through structured insights and documentation.Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration - Comfortable engaging with a wide range of internal and customer stakeholders. Able to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships throughout the life of a service engagement.Professionalism & Integrity - Calm and rational under pressure, with a solutions-focused mindset.
