In the role of Agribusiness Manager, you will join the Regional & Agribusiness Team that's doubling down on winning together!
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a portfolio of agribusiness customers.
* Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.
* Educate customers about their business options and provide sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth.
* Proactively call on networks of contacts to help identify new business and referral opportunities.
* Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market.
Qualifications
* A passion for relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service.
* A background in banking, finance or agribusiness, with a strong understanding of agricultural sector.
* Growth mindset and enthusiasm to learn, develop and succeed in business development-focused environment.
* Proactive problem solver who makes decisions and thrives in a dynamic environment.
* Drive, resilience, and tenacity to overcome challenges and achieve results.
