Our client is a well‐established general aesthetic and restorative dental practice that has a highly experienced team. They offer everything from developmental orthodontics and myotherapy to implant surgery, Invisalign, fixed orthodontics and veneers. The warm, friendly and comfortable environment they have created for their patients has allowed them to create long‐term relationships in a family‐like setting.
About The Opportunity
You will be working in a medium‐sized, fast‐paced dental practice that expects its employees to be reliable, take initiative, be hardworking, and be strong team players.
* Greet and assist patients in a warm, friendly manner
* Manage incoming calls and front desk enquiries
* Manage appointment schedules (D4W) and patient records
* Support dentists, hygienists and therapists chairside as required
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* 6+ months of experience in the dental industry
* Strong computer skills and experience using HICAPS and D4W (desirable but not essential)
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, ability to multitask
* A willingness to be a team player who demonstrates a good work ethic
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
