Due to massive project volumes, they are looking for a hungry, detail-oriented Operations Admin Officer to join their Wetherill Park hub.
The Role
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be the "air traffic control" for subcontractors, ensuring everything from logistics to billing is moving at 100%.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute daily subcontractor runsheets.
Process job confirmations and billing across multiple platforms—accuracy is your superpower.
Manage subcontractor portals and provide real-time reporting.
Identify bottlenecks and escalate ideas to make the team faster and better.
Maintain "source of truth" data for management reporting.
Are You Who We're Looking For?
We Want Someone Who Is Ready To Prove Themselves
You have a background in Admin, Data Entry, or Scheduling.
You pick up new software quickly and are proficient in Excel.
(Highly Desirable) Previous exposure to Waste, Transport, or Logistics.
You can work autonomously and take ownership of your desk.
