Role Overview: Senior Business Banking Manager
You will join the Business Banking Team in the Eastern Ranges, focusing on customer obsession, moving with speed, keeping it simple, owning it, and winning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage a portfolio of key business banking clients and referral partners.
2. Uncover new business and referral opportunities while cultivating, growing, and utilising your network of internal and external contacts.
3. Maintain and enhance your portfolio's credit risk profile while maximising profitability.
4. Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio.
5. Take responsibility for profit & loss statements, overseeing revenue, lending balances, and deposit expansion.
Candidate Profile
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
1. A well-established footprint as a business banking or relationship manager.
2. Advanced financial expertise and strategic relationship management skills.
3. Passion for business development and credit risk management.
4. Proficiency in business/commercial practices, alongside business banking products and services.
