The Opportunity:
We're on the hunt for a Senior Digital Designer to join Fitness and Lifestyle Groups in-house creative team, working across our iconic fitness brands - Goodlife, Fitness First, Zap, Jetts NZ, and Barry's.
In this role, you'll create compelling multi-channel design and motion graphics that bring our brand stories to life. You'll collaborate with teams across Marketing, Production, Fitness, and Corporate to deliver creative solutions that connect with our members and support business goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design execution across digital, motion, and print, ensuring creative aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, and Corporate teams to develop strategic, audience-focused visual concepts.
Produce high-quality assets including OOH, social content, eDMs, websites, digital signage, presentations, and short-form motion graphics.
Support brand evolution by contributing to visual identity development, mentoring junior designers, and maintaining design consistency.
Manage creative workflows including file organisation, version control, and preparing artwork for both digital and print production.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
5+ years' experience across digital, social, eDM, and print design, with a sharp eye for detail and typography.
Proven graphic design expertise with strong conceptual and creative problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Solid understanding of digital, print, and motion production processes.
Strong communication, organisation, and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative team player with a growth mindset and a can-do attitude.
