Qualifications
* At least 1 year of experience in Japanese restaurants
* Sushi or all-round Japanese kitchen experience
* Strong understanding of Japanese and fusion cuisine
* Experience with menu development and quality control
* Ability to work in high-end and high-volume environments
* A team-oriented and responsible mindset
