We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a growing technology team supporting a modern, broker-distributed lending platform. This role sits at the intersection of business, lending operations and technology, helping to drive improvements across systems, processes and customer journeys. You will work closely with stakeholders across operations, product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions. A key focus of the role will be working with Salesforce and lending platform workflows, supporting initiatives that improve the broker and customer experience while enhancing operational efficiency across the lending lifecycle. This role suits someone who understands how lending businesses actually operate and enjoys improving systems and processes within a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business and technical requirements across lending and operational workflows Map and improve end-to-end lending processes and customer journeys Work closely with Salesforce developers and technology teams to deliver system enhancements Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into clear technical requirements Support the delivery of technology transformation and change initiatives Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, risk management and customer experience About You 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or Process Improvement specialist Experience within mortgage lending, banking or non-bank lending environments Strong experience working with Salesforce within financial services platforms Experience across the loan origination lifecycle (application, credit, approval and settlement) Strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement Comfortable working across business and technology teams Experience working within broker-distributed lending businesses or specialist mortgage lenders will be highly regarded. Experience working with loan origination systems, broker lodgement platforms or lending workflow tools will also be advantageous. Why This Role?
